Meet Our Team

Led by Victoria Dean, with over 30 years of childcare experience

At Robin’s Childcare and Forest School, our team is the heart of everything we do. We are a small, passionate group of early years professionals who believe in creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels seen, valued, and loved.

We share a commitment to high-quality care, following the EYFS, and the Curiosity Approach. Together, we work to provide a home-from-home setting that encourages children to explore freely, think creatively, and grow with confidence.
